Ordering & Shipping Policies

Shipping:		All orders shipped by UPS Ground or by common carrier. Due to the various sizes and weights of our products we will notify you of costs. Items may be shipped COD or prepaid. Claims for loss or damage in transit are to be filed with the carrier.
Returns:		All our items are custom made to order. No returns are accepted without our permission. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to any item returned. No returns after fifteen days of delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. All items returned must be packed and shipped and returned to us in a re-saleable condition to receive credit or replacement.
Taxes:		We collect 5% MA state sales tax when shipping to an address in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum Orders:		Items priced per lineal foot (/ft): Sixty (60) lineal feet per item. Items priced per piece (pc): Forty-five dollars ($45.00) not including shipping.
Payment:		Check, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, American Express. Orders of $45.00 to $1000.00 require payment upon order. Orders of more than $1000.00 require a 50% deposit and balance paid before shipping.
